Acceptable Use Policy (Politica sui contenuti)

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Service governing the website and services operated by Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).   • Promotes terrorism, hate, discrimination, harassment, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise the integrity of computer systems or data.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, Users of the Service provided by Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD shall not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in furtherance of unlawful activities.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the underlying code or infrastructure of the Service.

  • The electronic or physical signature of the complaining party or their authorized agent.

Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD maintains a repeat infringer policy and reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users who are found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Enforcement Measures

Indemnification

Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any or all of the following measures against Users who violate this Policy:

  • Immediate removal or disabling of access to offending content.
  • Temporary suspension or permanent termination of User accounts.
  • Reporting of unlawful conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • Pursuit of legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and monetary damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

  • Your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your use or misuse of the Service; or
  • Your violation of the rights of any third party.

Policy Updates
