All content on PornWorks AI is AI-generated. We do not host or distribute real photographs or videos of real people. Cependant, we take all removal requests seriously and will act promptly on any valid request.
1. Who Can Submit a Removal Request
The following individuals may submit a content removal request:
- Any individual who believes that content on our platform violates their rights, including their right to privacy, dignity, or likeness.
- Legal representatives acting on behalf of an individual (including minors or persons who are deceased).
- Any person who believes content depicts or closely resembles them without their consent.
2. Grounds for Removal
We will review and act on removal requests made on the following grounds:
- The content depicts or closely resembles a real, identifiable person without their consent.
- The content was generated using a likeness, photograph, or personal image submitted without the subject’s consent.
- The content constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), commonly referred to as “porno deepfake” ou “revenge porn.”
- The content depicts or appears to depict a minor (anyone under 18 ans).
- The content violates applicable federal or state law, including but not limited to laws governing privacy, diffamation, or sexual exploitation.
- The content infringes upon a valid copyright or intellectual property right.
3. How to Submit a Removal Request

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name and contact email address.
- A clear description of the content you are requesting be removed.
- The specific URL(s) of the content, if available.
- A screenshot or other means of identifying the content, if no URL is available.
- Your relationship to the content (par ex., you are the individual depicted, or a legal representative).
- The legal or personal basis for your removal request (see Section 2 above).
- A statement confirming that the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are not required to provide government-issued identification to submit a removal request. Cependant, we may request additional verification if we are unable to process your request without it.
4. Our Response Timeline
We are committed to responding to all valid removal requestswithin 24 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of your request:
- We will send an acknowledgment email confirming we have received your request.
- We will review the request and assess whether it meets the grounds for removal outlined in Section 2.
- If the request is valid, we will remove the content and notify you by email once removal is complete.
- If we require additional information, we will contact you promptly.
- If we are unable to process the request (par ex., content cannot be located), we will explain why in our response.
5. Emergency Removal — Minors and NCII
Requests involving content that depicts minors or constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) are treated as the highest priority. We will make every effort to remove such contentimmediately upon verification, and will report confirmed instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to theNational Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C.. § 2258A).

6. Prevention Measures
PornWorks AI employs the following measures to prevent the creation of harmful content:
- AI-based detection systems trained to identify and block the generation of content involving minors.
- Automated detection of prompts associated with non-consensual content, real person identification, and other prohibited content types.
- Human review processes to supplement automated detection.
- Invisible metadata embedded in all generated content for traceability and accountability.
7. Appeals
If your removal request is denied and you believe this decision is incorrect, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with additional supporting information. We will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 48 hours.
8. Third-Party Content Hosted Elsewhere
PornWorks AI is only able to remove content hosted on our own platform (pornworksai.com). If you have identified content on a third-party website, please contact that platform directly. We are unable to process removal requests for content we do not host.
9. Legal Notices
Nothing in this policy limits your rights to pursue legal remedies available under applicable law. If you believe you are the victim of a crime involving content on our platform, we encourage you to contact law enforcement. We will cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
