By accessing, browsing, registering an account, making a purchase, uploading content, or otherwise using any portion of the services offered at or through this website (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service operated by Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD.
The Service is intended solely for individuals who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, which shall not be less than eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) years of age in jurisdictions where such a higher age threshold is imposed by law. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent and warrant to Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD that you meet these age requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Users may be required to register an account in order to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update such information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
The Service may make use of a system of virtual credits or “Tokens,” which may be purchased by Users through authorized payment processors. Tokens are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for use solely within the Service operated by Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD.
Tokens have no inherent monetary value outside the Service and may not be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or refunded except as required by applicable law.
All sales of Tokens are final. Unused Tokens purchased outside of a subscription expire three (3) months after purchase. Refunds will be issued only where legally mandated or at the sole discretion of Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD.
By purchasing Tokens, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method employed and that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed through third-party providers in compliance with PCI-DSS and other applicable standards. Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD does not store complete payment card details.
The Service permits Users to upload, submit, generate, or otherwise provide text, images, prompts, or other materials (“User Content”).
By uploading or otherwise making available User Content to Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, process, store, display, reproduce, 调整, adapt, and otherwise use such User Content solely for the purposes of providing and operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to upload and use such User Content and that such content does not violate any applicable law or third-party right.

Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and/or access to the Service, with or without prior notice, for conduct that Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD reasonably determines violates these Terms, infringes applicable law, or threatens the security or integrity of the Service or other Users.
The Service provided by Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD is offered strictly “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
In no event shall the total liability of Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD exceed the greater of:
(i) the total amount you paid to Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; 或者

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD respects intellectual property rights and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement. In compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent EU directives, Sofia Exotic Rentals LTD has adopted a repeat infringer policy. Accounts of Users found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be suspended or terminated.
