You must be at least 18 to use PornWorks AI. Do not use the service where you do not meet applicable age requirements or where access is unlawful. Every person depicted or roleplayed must be an adult. Fictional status, AI generation, an age label or a request to “age up” a person does not permit sexualized minors, age ambiguity or age regression.

Our adult-access confirmation is a user declaration, not a statement that we have checked government identification. Report suspected underage content using the contact below; do not download or forward the material to us.

Prohibited Content Policy

Consent and safety apply to every workflow

• Sexualized minors, age-ambiguous sexual depictions and age-regressed or romanticized underage portrayals, including fictional ones.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, unauthorized real-person sexual edits, deceptive impersonation, harassment or exploitation.
• Sexual coercion, incapacitation, inability to consent, and sexual or romantic family or incest scenarios.
• Sex trafficking, human trafficking, forced sexual activity, or promotion or facilitation of sexual exploitation.
• Unlawful uploads, malware, fraud, and attempts to bypass content rules, account controls, payment verification or rate limits.

Community Guidelines

Public profiles must meet the same standards

Character names, descriptions, images and Creator profiles must follow the adult, consent and content rules. You must have the rights and permissions needed for what you submit. Do not impersonate a person or brand, expose another person’s private information, or use public profiles for harassment or exploitation.

Choosing public visibility submits a character or Creator profile for review. Approval is not guaranteed and can be reconsidered. A public listing does not make private conversations or character instructions public. Following or supporting a Creator does not imply an endorsement or partnership.

Content Moderation Policy

Before submission or publication

The service applies text-based content boundaries and account, permission and file checks where the workflow supports them. Public character and Creator-profile submissions require an authorized reviewer’s decision before publication. These controls do not mean that every private upload or generated image, video or audio file receives human review or visual content screening.

After a report

In-product reports enter a protected moderation queue. Reviewers can record a decision and restrict eligible public characters or Creator profiles. Other content or account concerns are handled through the relevant support and administrative process. Automated checks and reviewers can make mistakes; use the complaint route to request a further review.

Content Removal Policy

Report content or request removal

You do not need an account to email a removal request to support@pornworksai.com. Signed-in users can also use the Safety control on a character or conversation, or private Support. Include the page URL or service reference and explain the concern. Do not attach intimate images, suspected child-abuse material, passwords or wallet secrets.

For a notice concerning a non-consensual intimate depiction, whether real or digitally altered, include:

1. The physical or electronic signature of the depicted person or someone authorized to act for them.
2. Information sufficient to identify and locate the depiction, such as the exact URL or content reference.
3. A brief statement that you believe in good faith it was published without the depicted person’s consent, with relevant supporting information.
4. Contact information through which the depicted person or authorized representative can be reached.

Requests are considered under the service’s consent and content rules and applicable law. A court order or a PornWorks AI account is not required to send a notice. Removing a public listing is different from erasing lawful billing, security or complaint records; retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Complaint Policy

Raise a concern or request another review

Email support@pornworksai.com or open private Support. State what happened, the relevant URL, order or report reference, and the outcome you are requesting. If you disagree with a moderation decision, identify that decision and explain the reason for review. Share only information needed to investigate.

Signed-in support requests provide a thread for replies and status updates. A complaint does not itself reverse a payment or guarantee an account, publication or refund decision. For privacy rights, use the privacy request route; for content removal, include the details listed above. This is not an emergency service.

AI use does not establish a blanket exemption

PornWorks AI supports generated content and editing of permitted source material. U.S. record-keeping rules distinguish depictions involving actual people from wholly virtual depictions; digitally editing a real person does not automatically make those rules inapplicable. This page does not claim a platform-wide exemption under 18 U.S.C. §§2257 or 2257A.

The rights, adult-age and consent requirements above apply regardless of how a result is created. An AI output or user-entered age is not proof of a real person’s age or permission. Review the official federal record-keeping rules before producing or distributing material involving actual people.
